Our Full hot tub Installation service includes –
– Delivery to your home address
– Positioning and orientation to your preferred location within your home or garden
– Electrical connection to the hot tub (supply must be already in place)
– Installation of accessories, such as steps & cover lifter
– Removal of waste/packaging
– Full inspection and testing of factory fittings
– Filling the hot tub with water to the correct fill level
– Full start up and air lock removal
– Chemical balancing and chemical starter pack
– Full demonstration and ‘spa school’
NB – Does Not Include Crane Hire If Access Is Restricted.

What is included with the free delivery?
Delivery will be via one of our trusted pallet delivery partners. Your hot tub will be delivered safely packaged, upright on a pallet to your driveway or kerbside.
Do you offer a full installation service?
We partner with A5 Spas Ltd who are able to provide a full positioning and installation service. You can add this to your order during checkout.
Can I install the hot tub myself?
Yes, your new hot tub can be positioned and installed yourself. 2-4 able-bodied people can manoeuvre the hot tub, just be sure to take plenty of precautions to prevent any damage as hot tubs are fairly big and bulky.
What electrical supply do I need?
Our Plug & Play range of hot tubs come with a factory fitted plug and 4 meters of cable. You will just need to have a suitable RCD protected socket within this distance of your preferred hot tub location.
